Chick-fil-A has one of the longest drive through wait times in the fast food industry of United States.
Key Idea
My team pitched the idea that implemented computer vision and optimization skills to improve not only customer service but also internal operations by providing an accurate wait time estimate for both Drive-thru and Dine-in.
